- Permission is granted to use our mobile app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:

- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer our software;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
- Our weather data service has data which is updated at significantly different intervals. Therefore you don't need to tap the refresh button repeatedly or too often to retrieve weather data.
2. Disclaimer
The materials on our mobile app are provided on an AS-IS basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
3. Limitations
In no event shall we, or our suppliers, be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our app.
4. Accuracy of materials
The information appearing in our mobile app could include technical, typographical, photographic, or informational errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete or current.
5. Modifications
We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our mobile app you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.
